1. Acceptance
By using Barz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service nature
Barz is an AI-assisted rap writing tool. It generates original text based on prompts, settings, and stylistic guidance, but it does not provide legal advice, business advice, or guaranteed commercial clearance.
3. Output responsibility
You are responsible for how you use, edit, publish, perform, or distribute any lyrics generated by Barz. Review output before sharing it publicly or commercially.
4. Cuss mode
When cuss mode is enabled, Barz may produce stronger profanity. Cuss mode does not permit hateful slurs, targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, or content intended to harm real people.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Barz to create unlawful, defamatory, threatening, hateful, impersonation-based, or privacy-violating content. You may not use Barz to target private individuals with abuse or intimidation.
6. No warranty
Barz is provided as-is. We make no warranty that outputs will be error-free, non-infringing, suitable for a specific purpose, or available without interruption.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operators of Barz are not liable for losses, claims, or damages arising from your use of the tool or your reliance on generated output.
8. Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated over time. Continued use of Barz after changes means you accept the updated terms.
